PGA Village (St. Lucie West)

The Port of St. Lucie is the largest city in the area called the Treasure Coast and is made up of nearly 600,000 people. Port St. Lucie is a city on the Indian Lagoon, where you can enjoy playing baseball, parks, bowling, golf and more. PSL is modernizing step by step with the development of downtown along the US-1, while maintaining a suburban atmosphere. In the first census in 1970, only 500 towns flourished in 170,000 boom towns by 2010. Downtown is the beginning of development, but construction plans have been revealed on empty blocks around the Civic Center.

What is very special about Port St. Lucie is the spring training center of the New York Mets. In the first data field, the mets play baseball with the opponents of major leagues, such as the Yankees and the Red Sox. The season is usually played by St. Lucie Mets, a subsidiary of their minor league, at the stadium from January to the end of March to the beginning of April.

Port St. Lucie's place is a turnpike between Orlando and West Palm Beach, in the space coast of interstate 95, almost half between WPB and Melbourne.

Like most of Florida, the climate in Port St. Lucie is warm most of the year except for cold winter seasons due to the season. The highest temperature in summer was 38°C and the lowest temperature in winter was 23°F (-5°C). The average annual temperature of the PSL ranges from low 60 seconds to medium high 80 seconds. Those who plan to visit in the summer will fill them with light colors (white, light blue, and so on), T-shirts, shorts and sneakers. Sandals are also recommended and the weather is good, but flip flops are not recommended.

The PSL is a three major highway that is easily accessible by car from many major Florida cities. Turnpike, Florida, 95 between states, U.S. Expressway 1. You can get to other locations in West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and South Florida via interstate 95, turnpike, and US1. However, if you want to go to Disney World, you can visit Orlando with a turnpike in Florida.

Cars are not only the easiest way to get around Port St. Lucie. Drives are ideal because DSL is a relatively large city by area. The PSL goes through I-95 to a city called Tradition. The expressways on the list are also used to easily turn Port Centrsea. Most are US-1 and I-95. Because it is a toll road, the turnpike is rarely used, but it is used as a means to avoid traffic and reach the central part of Florida. There is no one-way street in the PSL except the Divided Highway. There are only four major east-west routes through the entire city. The most recently realized was the Crosstown Parkway, a six-lane road from U.S. 1 to Interstate 95. Take care that the crossing with Floresta Drive is a major crossing that is considered to be an eyesore for people running Floresta, and follow the road signs.

There are two enterprise rentals in the city.

Today, Uber offers services from Daytona Beach to DSL and Moore Haven, along the Central Atlantic coast of Florida and Hartland. The fare starts at $2, the basic fare is increased by $1.80 a mile and $0.20 a minute.

The Port of St. Lucie has a small canal system that functions as a central canal and can be used to travel through the southern and central parts of the city, including a river park. Local Marina can easily access the river, so visitors can plunge into the Gulf of St. Lucie to the Atlantic.

Port St. Lucie provides a limited-line bus, including a connection with Fort Pierce, Jensen Beach and Belo Beach, through the Treasure Coast connector. The service extends from Belo Beach's 43rd Street to Avenue D in Fort Pierce through the north route from St. Lucie West in St. Lucie to the Treasure Coast Square Mall in Jensen Beach.

• Route 1 passes from Tako Kaigan Square Mall on the southern tip of Jensen Beach to US-1 at the northern tip of Fort Pierce International Modal Facility.
• Route 4 runs on a trolley bus in the center of Port St. Lucie. In the downtown area, there are hospitals and DSL Civic Center. The route from the DSL Civic Center to the US-1 Sams Club.
• Route 5 runs along Port St. Lucie and Gatling Bulves, from the east-end PSL City Hall to the west-end "Landing" strip mall.
• Route 6 runs along Prima Vista Blvd/St from Prima Vista Crossings. Lucie West Bullbud and West Terminal are Hilton Garden Inn at St. Lucie West, Inc.
• Route 8 runs through Isolo Boulevdo and 25th Avenue, from the Port St. Lucie Community Center to Fort Pierce Intermodal Facility.

The downtown area of PSL is a minor. It's now not only Civic Center, but also a small number of shops. At the Civic Center, performances by local bands are also held.

Events and festivals

Most of the events in the Port St. Lucie district are Tradition or St. Lucie West. If you're in town, make sure to see these fun events in the DSL area.

• Hood track intrusion, SW Tradition Square. Friday the 1st and 3rd of each month, 5:00-9:00 p.m. The only food truck invasion in St. Lucie County. 
• Tradition Green Market, The Landing at Tradition, SW Village Pkwy. Every Sunday, 10:30AM-3PM. Ask your local vendor for fresh products, art and crafts. Every Sunday. 
• Port St. Lucie Cibic Center Green Market, 9221 SE Civic Center Place. Saturday is from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. 
• The St. Lucie County Fair 15601 W Midway Rd (the city border almost ends in the fair ground) is held for about a week from late February to early March every year. At the St. Lucie County Exposition, look at vehicles, animals, and wonderful food. 
• Italian hobby - Italian festival, SW Traditional Square, ☏1 561 427-0500. The annual traditional festival offers a great opportunity to explore Little Italy through attractions at the festival, tasting wine and music by various artists.

On the Treasure Coast, many restaurants serve sake, most of which are served at sports bars and pubs. It's common to find beer or wine, but there are also bars that contain cocktails. The PSL is not a big city for night life.

• Driving - Florida has a law for "no fault" car accidents. In other words, they are responsible for up to $10,000 in terms of car damage, even if they are not responsible for the accident. Make sure your car has collision insurance and take separate insurance. In Florida, car mortality is very high, so be careful of the road. Many drivers of PSLs are sometimes reckless, and heavy in large cities.
• Crime - In Port St. Lucie, there are few crimes to worry about depending on where you want to go. The safest area is near the border between St. Lucie Inlet and the St. Lucie River and St. Lucie West. Like the Lennard Road area, you may want to avoid staying in the Prima Vista Blvd area. However, there are few hotels in the area.
• Weather - The most common weather factors to note in Port Centrsea are:
  • Heat: Many people already know that South Florida tends to be very hot during the summer, so it's better to keep it hydrated and not put anyone in the car. It's not wise to open a window for people in the car. Since the internal temperature of the car can exceed the maximum of 100°F or 38°C, make sure everyone is out of the car before locking. If you have to leave it in the car, you should turn on the air conditioning as a precaution.
  • Hurricanes, tropical storms and tornadoes are also notable during the summer. It may not be normal, but I never know when the next fairy will be attacked. Since hurricanes are as powerful on land as on water, it is best to prepare for the worst in any part of the Port of St. Lucie.
  • Lightning is a common weather phenomenon in Florida. In fact, South Florida is regarded as the capital of American lightning, especially Tampa. As soon as you hear a clatter when you're slapped outside, you can find a shelter inside or under the pavilion. If you are in the water, the water can communicate so well that you can get out.

In cities that head north or south, I-95 and the Florida Turnpike are the fastest routes, and most of these destinations can be reached within hours.
